Grace has over 20 years experience in design and project management, business development and client relations for the interior and art design world. Her career as spanned working for in- house for interior design consultancy, as design and art director for hotel developers, as well as owners representative for hospitality projects across Greater China and Asia Pacific.
As Founder for DCA, Grace provides the vision and support for the team, the direction of design, and the dialogue between owner, operator, interior designer and artists.

Grace holds a double Bachelor Degree in Business and Arts from the University of NSW, a Masters in Media and Communications from Monash University, and a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University.

Dennis started his interior design career in 1996. He is an experienced hospitality designer with specialization in Food & Beverage design. Recently heading a F&B team in a reputable international firm as a Design Director, his projects cover Southeast Asia, China, East Asia, and South Asia with multiple clients Brand’s operators and owners with overseas postings in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.

Dennis is proficient in the technicalities of F&B design while commanding outstanding design flair and feel to produce amazing hospitality F&B outlets; making his designs a key component of the dining experience.

Key highlights in his career were a 2-time nomination & finalist for the 34th and 39th IHMR Gold Key awards for Best Resort & Best Hotel Upscale categories in which he and his team designed and completed the F&B areas of Sofitel Nusa Dua Bali & Renaissance Xi’an.
His team also worked on the F&B at ITC Grand Chola Chennai which was awarded the "Best Business Hotel" award at the third Annual Lonely Planet Magazine Travel Awards 2014 and Conde Nast Traveller Award for “Best Leisure Hotel”.respectively.

He is specializing in hospitality art integration and spatial experience design with 10+ years of cross-disciplinary expertise spanning architectural design, project managment, and art installation practices.
His approach fuses spatial narrative with tactile materiality, leveraging multiple design tools and sustainable curation to craft immersive, brand-driven hotel environments. He excels at translating artistic concepts into buildable realities through VMU prototyping, multi-consultant coordination, and supply chain management.

A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Fine Arts program, PIER has been part of curatorial team of the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, the Andy Warhol Museum, the International Contemporary Art Fair in Gramercy, and the Gaja Gallery in Singapore.

From 2001 to 2019, she was the co-founder of The Changing Room in Hong Kong, where she worked on a number of high-profile projects: Duddell's in Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Seoul, and completed art and sculpture for Rosewood Hotel Phuket. She also collaborated with Ellerman to design accessories for Rosewood Beijing.

Pier is an art and accessories design consultant for DCA, working on the design, selection and sourcing of hotel and residential projects

Graduated from Jilin College of the Arts, majoring in Interior Design with a focus on Art Design.

Working as an art consultant, she has participated in numerous art projects for five-star hotels, covering all core stages from conceptual proposal and detailed design to on-site construction.

Throughout her extensive professional career, she is committed to infusing hotel spaces with distinctive and striking artistic ambiance.

Cullen Ye graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in 2015. He used to work at Shenzhen Guangmei Sculpture and Mural Art Co., Ltd. After two years in public art design, he spent eight years full - time on public art project management, handling over 50 projects with a total value of over 50 million. Now he works at DCA Company, mainly in charge of the whole project implementation process, including early - stage drawing coordination, on - site surveys and sample production, mid - stage project production and factory acceptance, and late - stage project implementation control.

He boasts extensive experience in the refinement and delivery of art installations. He is a modest and approachable professional with perceptual sensitivity combined with rational thinking, and a firm functionalist. He believes that the essence of design is to optimize and beautify functions, bringing pleasant experiences to viewers and users.

Proficient in diverse design styles, he also has solid capabilities in on-site execution, construction schedule management and cost control. He has completed the design and delivery of hotel art projects for multiple renowned real estate enterprises. The hotels he has participated in have won many internationally prestigious design awards. He actively engages in industry exchanges and keeps learning about the latest design trends and developments.

During his studies, he also won numerous awards in design competitions covering illustration, UI design, brand design and other categories.
